Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by your local law) to use Stozy.
• • If you are under 18, you may only use Stozy with parental or guardian consent.
• • By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the App

• • Stozy is an AI-powered storytelling companion. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• • You agree not to misuse the App, including by:

• • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App.
• • Using the App to create or share harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• • Uploading content that violates laws or third-party rights (e.g., copyright, privacy).

3. Voice Input & Content

• • The App requires voice input to function. By using voice features, you consent to the processing of your voice recordings.
• • Your voice input may be processed by AI to generate responses.
• • You retain ownership of your input, but you grant Stozy a limited license to process and use it to provide the service.
• • AI-generated content is provided “as is” and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. Use at your own discretion.

4. Accounts

• • You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

• • All rights in the App, including software, design, graphics, and trademarks, belong to Stozy or its licensors.
• • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written permission.
• • AI-generated content may include elements influenced by training data. You may use such content for personal purposes, subject to applicable laws, but you may not claim exclusive rights to it.

6. Subscription & Payments (if applicable)

• • Some features of Stozy may be offered via subscription or in-app purchases.
• • Fees, billing, and cancellation policies are disclosed in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.
• • All payments are processed through the respective platform (Apple or Google), and their terms apply.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Stozy at any time if you:

• • Violate these Terms,
• • Engage in harmful or illegal activities, or
• • Cause disruption to the App's operation.

You may stop using the App at any time. Account deletion requests can be made within the App or by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• • Stozy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI outputs, or error-free operation.
• • Use of AI content is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• • Stozy and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• • Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

10. User Responsibility

• • You are responsible for your use of Stozy and any content you provide.
• • You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App.
• • Do not use Stozy as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Stozy after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
